How would you feel if employee-owned businesses were the norm and not the exception?

there needs to be a higher power running the buisiness (manager, boss)

I believe that there should be a balance of “power” in business. The owner decides pay, who works, who works when etc.. The workers abide by these rules, but have the opportunity to petition or go on strike until a deal is worked out.

I’d feel more inclined to work, since i know i wont be getting the short end of the stick by big corporations.
