I think to create a society more equal, we need to listen and see everybody's side of things. and stop assuming everyone is sexist and racist before knowing them.

We do not need to ASSUME everyone is sexist or racist, but we can understand how there are natural and systemic biases towards certain groups of people in society and in order to create a more understanding society, wee must recognize these natural assumptions that we have built up over time.

The value we put on gender, outer appearance, social rules, and things of this world.

This seems like a path to a lazy, dumb american population which gives awards to those who find ways to be the most prejudiced. America should provide a fair shot to everyone, not give underseving people handouts for being lazy.
