Well I am not really wanting to work with someone wanting to change genders, to me they need help wanting to think this way, there are two genders in this world, and whatever you are when you are born then its meant to be for you to be that gender and stay that gender.

As long as they prove that they are a capable worker, it should not matter what you (or anyone else) think about them. Productivity doesn't lie, and in a capitalistic society like the U.S, that should be one of the prime factors that matter.

Women are capable of doing the same things as men, we may not do it as good, but I certainly do not want to be expected to cook and clean just because I am a woman.
