How do you determine whether the most practical solution to a problem is also the fairest?

I feel like it’s a good way to find stuff out but not 100% accurate.

You have to look at everyone that is being affected.

The solution for something is simply based on it efficient, effectiveness, backdraws, probability, and whether or not it been accept by us

I think that in order to determine that a problem is fair is if the action being done doesn’t cause damage to solely one group, but rather damage to only the perpetrators.
