I feel technocracy and technology as a whole has no business in a human affair such as a human election they can report on such a thing but it is of no business for them to lead us.

No, charisma is needed in a leader, and we can't reliably trust things such as AI to be our choice in major decision making. AI is mostly just a summation of beliefs, we would need someone who is reasonable and has conviction rather than an AI.
