If you had the power to change one aspect of the global economy toward sufficiency, what would it be and why?

Put a time limit on government assistance for those who aren't physically or mentally disabled. Stop sending so much money to foreign countries. We have plenty of things to use that money on here, or use it to help lower the national debt.
