Why might someone believe that national unity is more important than individual opinions or beliefs?

National Unity is what makes us a strong people. Together we have the ability to combat larger problems.

One persons saying doesn't make as much of an impact as multiple people coming together to form an opinion.

People believe this because our country has been turned to crap by people being treating other humans like garbage.

Because it's easier to take down a group of people one by one rather than if the stand together.

For those with a popular opinion, they don't want a democracy.

Because then there is more of a chance for more peace and less arguments
