If a friend spoke negatively about immigrants, how would you respond?

I would respond that their negative comments about immigrants are unnecessarily cruel and likely untrue. Immigrants seek the best life for themselves (just like everyone else) and found that immigrating to another country provided a better life, why should they be ridiculed and talked about negatively for that?

I would say that not everyone had a choice, and sometimes its a matter between life and death

Discuss why and tell them immigrants are human too and if they pay taxes they should eventually be granted citizenship

I would ask them why would they say about them negatively

"Please dont talk bad about the immigration of people who are immigrants from other countires>"

I would be unhappy because my great grandparents were immigrants and these same great grandparents birthed politicians, school workers, entrepreneurs and a few more successful individuals.

I would be unhappy because it is wrong to talk down on people who have not did anything from to them
