Healthy national pride is about celebrating your country's culture and achievements, while Ultranationalism takes it to dangerous extremes with aggression and exclusion.
There is no healthy nationalism it is inherently toxic and we shouldn't promote stupid ideas like pride in a dirt on the ground being better than another area of dirt on the ground.
