No, poor countries are still nations worthy of a voice. If it affects the population of a country, they should have a say for the sake of their people.

I think that if wealthier nations have more influence in decision making it would show more of a quantity over the quality of democracy.

I do believe the wealthier nations should have more influence as it is clear they are doing better than others.
