You believe in promoting the well-being and prosperity of countryside communities and agricultural industries.
The "Rural Interests" political ideology is a perspective that emphasizes the needs, concerns, and values of rural communities. This ideology is not confined to a specific country or region, but rather, it is a global phenomenon that arises wherever there are significant rural populations. The ideology is often associated with agricultural interests, but it also encompasses other aspects of rural life, such as land use, conservation, rural development, and the preservation of rural culture and traditions.
The history of the Rural Interests ideology is as old as the history…

Can you share an experience where learning about rural traditions deepened your understanding of cultural diversity?
@9JJWJ8K4mos4MO
Yes you want to share all the important parts that you learned so others can also enjoy the experience.
@9JJVRSX4mos4MO
Learning about Rural Interests taught me about different people cultures and traditions.
@9JJVPZ44mos4MO
I would have to learn different things rural places do to fit in.

If you could solve one issue facing rural youth today, what would it be and why?
@9KZ9YWZ2mos2MO
If I could help solve one issue, I would want to contribute to creating accessible resource centers and healthy living conditions. I would want to make sure all rural families were provided for and had exceptional transportation as well.
@9KZFKR6Peace and Freedom2mos2MO
I agree, more resource centers would be very beneficial to our youth and to have reliable and available transportation would be a big plus.
@9KZ9Y632mos2MO
Limited access to healthcare. Every American citizen should have equal access to healthcare.
@9KZDX5VRepublican2mos2MO
The government should support healthcare more than the other useless things they are prioritizing.
@9KZ9TFW2mos2MO
One issue facing rural youth today, I think it would be having to go very far to get necessities they need like healthcare because they don't want to live in an overcrowded city and it's hard if they are super sick and can't get the help they need.
@9KZXJ592mos2MO
People struggle to adapt to huge changes like moving to a big city and whatnot, and sometimes they may not be able to afford such. So hospitals should be in areas more considerate for both cities and rural areas.
@ISIDEWITH4mos4MO
How might the experience of stargazing away from city lights change your perspective on life?
@9JB5SDH4mos4MO
i like being able to see space. its beautiful. it could help someone become more environmentally conscious
@9JH3QH3Libertarian 4mos4MO
It allows you take in the world. It's beautiful. In the city you can't see the stars. The pollution from lights, cars, factories, and much more forbid the stars from being seen. Industrial growth is not the answer, we need to learn to take care of our planet.
@9JG3RFGRepublican4mos4MO
I don't give a **** if I can see the stars or not wherever I am. I'll drive an hour away from the city.
@9JB64LNWomen’s Equality4mos4MO
it might show me that there is more to the world than a lot of lights.
@9JB5DH44mos4MO
I love space, and not being able to see stars greatly upsets me. Being able to see the stars would greatly improve my life. We are surrounded by beauty but we destroy it for our own personal needs.

What's an example of innovation you’ve seen in the countryside that could benefit cities?
@9HXHP73Republican5mos5MO
More land for farming. some family's might not be able to plant anything because there a little poor and may not have land for farming.
@9HZN7CJIndependent5mos5MO
The government has provided many services to help farmers including many subsidies, and the land mass for farming is the largest for areas in the countryside, because of the agricultural business started in the 1800s, so provding more land won't do anything for the farmers. The argument made also states that giving more land would help poor farmers, but how more land help them if they can't get crops to plant on that land.
@9HXHFSP5mos5MO
an example of innovation I've seen in the country side that could benefit cities is transportations.
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
How do you think the values of self-sufficiency in rural areas can be applied to modern urban living?
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
How do you feel about the importance of protecting natural habitats versus the need for land development in rural areas?
@9HH57RJ6mos6MO
In real areas there will be many animals on good land or city's but when you take and go and make a city the animals leave there home thay they have known for all of there lives
@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
What does the phrase 'rural heritage' mean to you, and is it something worth preserving?
@9HQMKL8Libertarian5mos5MO
I think it means a history of living rural with your family. I think it should absolutely protected because more and more studies prove how bad living urban is for us, so anything to keep more people rural
@ISIDEWITH3mos3MO
How has the environment where you grew up influenced your value of open space and nature?
@9KCMYMZWomen’s Equality3mos3MO
I grew up with smoke and an unhealthy environment. I would have loved to see green and clear blue skies.
@9KCLML63mos3MO
A lot, i do belive that the state should own practicaly all forests and that these forests be open for everyone. It is but every mans right.
@ISIDEWITH4mos4MO
How do you feel the celebrations of national holidays might differ between rural and urban settings?
@9JT8DZXIndependent4mos4MO
I am not sure how this can impact us as a nation. If it does no harm and remains respectful of others' times, I think is is okay to let people celebrate when they want.
@9JT8D63Independent4mos4MO
I feel all celebrations can be done, doesn't matter where you live
@ISIDEWITH4mos4MO
What would be the first thing you'd want to show a friend from a rural area about city life, and why?
@9JR6S664mos4MO
I would show them the current culture in urban settings to show them the importance of advocating for and preserving rural values and ideas.
@9JR5XXQ4mos4MO
The difference in accessibility in basic needs. In the public transit is widely available, and it is much easier to get to healthcare, food, work, and school.
@ISIDEWITH4mos4MO
